Merle walked over to his car, lowered himself into the comfortably worn driver ‘s seat and cranked the key. He was going to find a solution for his auto loan and bad credit dilemma. His car groaned a little as he shifted into drive and coasted towards the car lot exit.
A sleek, silver BMW pulled up behind him and revved its engine, as if mocking his inability to secure a bad credit auto loan. Of course, this was a ridiculous idea since the other person couldn’t really know his financial situation, but he was a little self-conscious.

His thoughts wandered to the gold-green eyes of the brunette who’d captured his gaze at the auto dealership earlier that afternoon as he opened the door to the coffee shop sauntering towards the counter to place his order.
